One flat $49 fee. Zero sale commission. Forever.
You pay once, upfront, when you publish your auction page. Whatever the car sells for, the full sale price stays between you and the buyer. No buyer's premium taken from your settlement, no upsell tiers, no per-photo nickel and dime.
Includes the PPSR check, Clean Title badge, dynamic share previews, anti-sniping protection, and a free relist if your winning bidder backs out.
We are strictly a matchmaking service. Wheels & Bids never takes a percentage of your sale and does not hold the buyer's payment.
What's included for $49
Everything you need to run a credible, real-time auction for your vehicle, with no extra modules to purchase later.
Professional auction page
Mobile-first design, photo gallery, video embed, full spec sheet, story, public Q&A, live bid panel, share-ready social previews.
PPSR check and Clean Title badge
We run an official PPSR (Personal Property Securities Register) check on your VIN. If it comes back clean, your listing wears a verified Clean Title badge.
Verified bidders
Every bidder verifies their account before placing their first bid. Banned bidders stay banned, even under new accounts.
Anti-sniping timer
Any bid in the final 2 minutes extends the auction by 2 minutes. The highest genuine bidder wins, not the fastest connection.
Real-time updates
Every bid pushes to every open browser instantly. No refreshing, no missed bids, no stale numbers.
Rich share previews
Open Graph and Twitter Card metadata so the link looks polished on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, iMessage, Discord and forums.
Public Q&A thread
Buyers ask in the open, you answer in the open. Builds trust and saves you from answering the same question in 14 different DMs.
Free relist if the winner backs out
If your winning bidder doesn't follow through, message us. We cancel the result, ban the bidder, and relist with your existing photos and story for free.
What's not included, deliberately
We keep the price flat by being honest about what we do and don't do. These things are intentionally outside the scope of the $49 fee.
Sale commission
We never take a percentage of the final sale price. Whatever the buyer pays, you keep.
Buyer's premium taken from you
Some auction platforms quietly take a percentage from the buyer that comes off your effective sale price. We do not.
Escrow or payment holding
Wheels & Bids does not hold funds. Payment is settled directly between seller and winning bidder once the auction ends.
Promotion of your auction
We do not run paid ads, newsletters or a marketplace people browse. Sharing the link to your audience is your job, and we keep the fee low because of it.
Vehicle inspection or transport
Independent pre-purchase inspections and transport are arranged between buyer and seller. We can suggest reputable third-party providers if asked.

Pricing FAQ
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The single $49 listing fee is the only money Wheels & Bids ever takes from you. There is no sale commission, no buyer's premium taken from your settlement, and no per-photo or premium-placement upsell.
What payment methods do you accept for the listing fee?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely through Stripe. The fee is charged when you publish your auction.
Do bidders pay a buyer's premium?
No. The winning bidder pays the seller exactly the final hammer price. There is no premium added on top, and nothing taken out of your settlement.
What if my car doesn't sell?
You don't owe anything beyond the original $49 listing fee. The page stays live in the public results so future buyers can see the history, and you're free to relist (a fresh $49 starts a new 5 or 7 day auction with a new bidder pool).
What if the winning bidder doesn't pay?
Message us. We will cancel the result, ban the bidder from the platform and relist your auction for free, carrying your photos and story across.
Can I get a refund on the listing fee?
If your auction never goes live (for example, the PPSR check fails or we ask you to amend the listing and you choose not to), we refund the listing fee in full. Once the auction is live, the fee is non-refundable because the service has been delivered.
Does Wheels & Bids hold the sale money?
No. We are not an escrow service. Payment is settled directly between the seller and the winning bidder using a method you both agree on (typically bank transfer or PayID).
Do you charge GST on the listing fee?
The $49 listing fee is GST-inclusive for Australian sellers. A tax invoice is emailed automatically when payment is made.
